Is Ramsay Home Health right for me?

Ramsay Home Health's Virtual Heart Failure Service is an option for any adult patient who has health insurance with Australian Unity, Bupa, HCF, Transport Health, or RT Health.

Ramsay Home Health's Rehab at Home program is an option for any adult patient who has private health insurance coverage and is receiving care at a Ramsay medical or surgical hospital.

The Hospital Care at Home program is available to any adult patient who has private health insurance coverage and is receiving care at a Ramsay medical, surgical or rehabilitation hospital.

You will be eligible to access Ramsay Home Health services if:

• You and your doctor agree that a Ramsay Home Health program is suitable to meet your needs
• You live in an area serviced by the Ramsay Home Health team
• We have an agreement in place with your insurer and your insurer accepts your referral.

You may also be eligible if your care is being covered by WorkCover.
