How does it work?

Pre-workshop

The design process starts pre-workshop, where we engage virtually to develop and refine:

• Problem statements
• Service objectives
• End user patient personas.

During the workshop

We deliver a tailored in-person workshop to:

• Showcase a range of current virtual care solutions currently being delivered across public and private partnerships by Ramsay Home Health
• Explore clinical design methodology and provide an overview of the capabilities that virtual healthcare solutions can provide
• Customise models of care to meet the unique needs of your organisation
• Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to co-design a seamless and integrated patient journey.

Post-workshop

Following the workshop, our team will:

• Deliver prototypes of the co-designed model of care and patient journey
• Refine prototypes through ongoing collaboration, iteration, testing, and learning
• Partner with your organisation to transform a co-designed solution from theoretical conception to real world delivery.
